Chief responsibilities

  • Answering phone calls:
    Handle incoming phone calls, transfer calls to the appropriate individuals, and take messages if needed. Clear communication and a friendly demeanour are essential in this role.
  • Managing appointments:
    Responsible for scheduling and managing appointments for clients or customers. This involves maintaining a calendar, coordinating with staff, and ensuring that appointments are efficiently organized
  • Handling inquiries through all channels:
    Respond to inquiries from customers, clients, or the public about the organization’s products, services, or general information. If they cannot provide the necessary information, they direct inquiries to the appropriate department
  • Administrative tasks:
    Perform various administrative duties, such as handling mail and packages, organizing files, and managing office supplies. Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, like processing payments or invoices
  • Coordinating with other departments:
    Collaborate with different departments within the organization to facilitate communication and ensure a seamless flow of information
  • Providing support to colleagues:
    Assist other administrative staff or employees with tasks when needed, like helping with data entry, data organization, making travel arrangements, or preparing documents
  • Problem-solving:
    When confronted with a challenging situation or a dissatisfied visitor, remain calm and resourceful in resolving issues or directing concerns to the appropriate parties
  • Upholding professionalism:
    Represent the organization and act as the face of the company. As such, they need to maintain a professional appearance, behaviour, and demeanour at all times

Remuneration: Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and work, in line with our internal policy. Candidates shortlisted for the interview will be given further details on the salary ranges to review.
